A few rules before attending a Private Session, Class, Workshop or Public Event.

PRIVATE SESSIONS

  • All Sessions are non-refundable.
  • You may reschedule your session 12 hours in advance without penalty. All rescheduling must be done online.
  • Should you miss your appointment, no refund or rescheduling is permitted. You will need to schedule and pre-pay another session. If you experience hardship and can't make it, It is up to Dolores' discretion to reschedule or forfeit your session.
  • All sessions are for (1) person. Additional sitters are not permitted unless permission is given by Dolores or employees.

PUBLIC EVENTS

  • All events are non-refundable.
  • Promoter/Venue/Psychic Mediums may use the ticket holder's image or likeness in any live or recorded video display, photograph or picture.
  • Tape recording is not permitted unless written permission from Psychic Medium Dolores Rilho, LLC, Supreme Soul Healing and Learning Center, LLC.


CLASSES/WORKSHOPS

All classes and workshops are non-refundable and non-transferable to another class unless canceled by instructor.

If you are unable to attend you may give your seat away however we must have notification of the changes before class/workshop begins.
